Gain strength and size

Normally as a performance center we normally stay away from training just for the mirror.  However, Bulking up and getting a bit stronger is something that FSTA gets asked abut all the time, and lets face it we all like to look good when on the beach.

 

So after a little bit of thinking I’ve put together something I feel that fits the bill.  You will be able to  fill out your t-shirt and be fairly strong aswell, if you do a proper strength phase at the end then you’ll look and be the part.
