Fsta bootcamps are a great way to get fit, lose weight, tone up and learn some great new fitness skills, to help keep the weight of and controlled.
Each circuit based bootcamp will start on the first Tuesday of each month and continue every Thursday and Tuesday through out the month. Each bootcamp course will have a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 12 this is to ensure that there is enough people to make the sessions fun and that the coaches can make sure you are getting the absolute most out of each session.

The course of FSTA bootcamps 1 month (8 Sessions) will cost £100.00 per person; this must be paid in order to book your place for the full course. In order to book your course you can either email and put bootcamp in the subject area or call to receive a PARQ health questionnaire, that must be filled out and delivered to fstacademy along with payment before the start of the sessions to secure your place.

Q. Why do you have to pay in advance?
A. This is to ensure that we are ready for each session, and that the bootcamps can progress progressively, making sure people aren’t getting left behind. In the past we have found by doing it this way helps maintain good numbers and motivation amongst the group.
Q. I don’t want to start on my own, can I bring a friend?
A. Yes and no. Although we don’t want to discourage anybody, if you wish to bring a friend they must pay for the course aswell. Due to everybody booking in from the start you will be with the same people each session so will make friends very quickly and are all starting at a similar level.
Q. I’ve never done anything like this before is it for me?
A. The bootcamps are largely based around circuit training, which shows to develop strength, power, aerobic fitness and increase metabolism. All the ingredients for a great training session. If you prefer to sit on a bike or do bicep curls in the mirror this is definitely not for you, if you are interested in improving fitness, losing weight, trying something new and meeting some new friends then this is exactly right for you.
